Do you keep keys safe?
Keys are kept secure and organized so that you don’t need to worry about lost or stolen keys.

Everything we do involves putting the customer and pets needs first. We have easy scheduling and very reliable services.
What payments do you take?
We take cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Google wallet, and credit cards through square reader on cell phones.
How much in advance do I need to schedule?
Pet-Unity is the king of last minute and emergency scheduling. We do absolutely everything possible to get you scheduled so that you can handle your life when it happens.
Can you tip the pet sitter?
Yes. Tips are accepted but not required.
Are there any other fees not listed on the rate page?
There may be other small fees for anything involving extra time including transportation, pets, check pick up or key drop off. Please ask in advance if any other fees apply.
